Who we are
Onsite North East is a joint venture business between One North East and Langtree. One North East is the Regional Development Agency for the North East charged with improving the economic performance of the region. Langtree is a national private property investment and development business expert in property management and development.
One North East has transferred its development land portfolio with a value of £25 million into Onsite North East who will manage, develop and invest in these sites and encourage new property activity.
The portfolio represents a unique resource from which new investment within the region can be encouraged. The Company has been set up to provide a fresh and imaginative approach to the portfolio and ensure that opportunities that do arise are successfully converted.
Langtree’s expertise in managing portfolios, working with partners and delivering development coupled with One North East’s instrumental role in driving the region provides an important platform from which real change can be affected.
